You or ClearEdge Lending LLC may terminate your Web site account at any time. This is done by deleting the account from within your administration section, or sending an e-mail to your ClearEdge Lending LLC Account Executive contact, indicating that you want to terminate your account. ClearEdge Lending LLC will then terminate your account and password.
In addition, ClearEdge Lending LLC, at its sole discretion, may change or discontinue your account with or without notice to you, without liability to you or any third party. ClearEdge Lending LLCalso may terminate your account for any violation of the letter or spirit of this Agreement, or if ClearEdge Lending LLC learns that you have provided ClearEdge Lending LLC with false or misleading information.
Termination will prevent you from using any password protected services at our Web site. You agree that upon termination ClearEdge Lending LLC has no obligation to maintain or provide you with any content in your account.
